WEAVING Relationships Fabrics Humanity

A memorable moment has been our intervention at the Liceo Artistico of Orvieto, when Professors Capuano and Mancioppi brought their interactive laboratory from Rome. Students and teachers participated wearing shirts with the sleeves sewn together, thus realizing in a physical and not just intellectual way how to every action activated corresponds a consequence on the other. Only by cooperating and communicating were the participants able to move without falling. The reflection that followed afterwards, nourished the training offered to the teachers who had the opportunity to express themselves in a fruitful dialogue.

This workshop was part of the project “WEAVE – Relations, Fabrics, Humanity”, a choral project born from the artistic direction of the Association President, Rosenda Arcioni Meer, in collaboration with Giorgia Capoccia of the Città della Pieve textile studio, hallowasabi and Isabella Tedeschini from Consulenze Tedeschini with the contribution of Cassa di Risparmio di Orvieto Foundation.
